We work with RV parks as they are, traditionally, the cheapest available places to live. Our parks are clean, safe, well maintained, and offer location specific amenities. We subsidize rent for good community members with low income to help them create new opportunities for themselves.

People spend more time outside, use shared amenities and interact in our community spaces. Our communities include a range of housing styles and spaces allowing room for personal expression and creativity. We also encourage human diversity in terms of age, ethnicity, socioeconomics and interests.

Small homes are intrinsically eco as they use less materials for construction and use less energy to maintain. We also engage with regionally appropriate Land Use strategies such as promoting water infiltration, drip irrigation, low water use, edible landscaping and passive solar.

Living in small homes is nothing new. There are countless trailer parks across America and thousands of great designs for “small homes” including cab-over campers, fifth-wheels, motorhomes and custom built tiny homes. What is new is a growing cultural understanding that living small can be a liberating lifestyle choice, not just an economic necessity. At Two Crows Housing our goal is to create an inclusive and inviting space for small home dwellers of all ages and economic classes. We believe that everybody should be able to live in beautiful, safe, and clean spaces, and we want our residents to be proud of where they live. To this end, we seek residents with an active desire to be part of community beautification and interaction. We encourage creative use of home space and offer subsidized rent opportunities for qualifying applicants.
