Located an hour and a half North of San Francisco on the Russian River, Guerneville is a tourist town with distinct local flair.  To the North are steep, redwood covered coastal mountains; to the West the Russian River Mouth and the gateway to the Sonoma and Mendocino Coast lines; to the South and East lie rolling agricultural land, dotted with vineyards and organic farms. Its location provides close access to beautiful hiking, cycling, paddle boarding and surfing as well as wine tasting and some of the best farm fresh cuisine that Northern California has to offer.

Redwood Village is located 5 minutes north of Guerneville in a beautiful redwood canyon.  It is just steps away from Armstrong Woods State Natural Reserve, home of some of the last old growth redwoods in the region and an incredible network of walking trails. Although Redwood Village has traditionally been a campground it has, for many years now, provided long-term housing to an eclectic population that appreciates the beauty and tranquility that the area provides.

Redwood Village is a community of 43 permanent spaces with electricity, water, and sewer hookups. There is a bathhouse and wi-fi throughout the park.
